We met designing yachts. Long days, small details, chasing things most people would never notice.

But outside of that, we had the same pull. The sea. Cold water. Empty beaches. The kind of places you go to switch off, not show off.

This wasn’t planned. AIRBOB didn’t start as a business. It came from something Marco was already working on, an idea that didn’t quite have a place yet.

We started playing around with it together. Changing things, testing things, taking it with us. There wasn’t a big moment. It just slowly became part of our days.

We built it side by side. Between work, early mornings, late evenings, weekends when we probably should’ve been resting. Taking it down to the beach, trying things, breaking things, fixing them. Figuring it out as we went.

It grew into something we relied on. Not because we had to, but because we wanted to bring it. It made things easier. Lighter. More open.

It gave us a reason to stay out longer, or no reason at all.

That’s when it started to matter. It wasn’t just something we’d made. It was something that shaped the kind of days we wanted; simple, unplanned, the ones you remember without trying.

So we kept going. Not to make something bigger, just to make something better. Something that holds up. Something you actually take with you. Something that earns its place.

We built it together. And now we’re putting it out there, the first 500.

The rest isn’t really up to us. It’s where you take it.
