We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
As we continually improve our products, specifications may change without notice, provided any changes do not materially affect products that have already been ordered.
We reserve the right to discontinue, withdraw or modify any product at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect accepted orders.
If we discover a pricing error after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or dispatching your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or a pricing error has occurred.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. AIRBOB does not store your full payment card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered.

9. Product Safety & Assumption of Risk
AIRBOB products are designed for recreational use on and around water. Participation in watersports and recreational activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
AIRBOB is intended for users aged 16 years and over. Children under the age of 16 must only use AIRBOB under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
By purchasing and using an AIRBOB, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using the product safely, exercising good judgement, and following all instructions and safety guidance provided with the product.
Users should always:
• Use AIRBOB only in suitable water and weather conditions.
• We strongly recommend wearing an appropriate personal flotation device when using AIRBOB on open water.
• Ensure children under 16 are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Never exceed the recommended weight limits or use the product for purposes for which it was not designed.
• Inspect the product before each use and discontinue use if damage is found.
• Never use AIRBOB under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that may impair judgement or ability.
Users are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable and for complying with all local laws and safety requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRBOB Limited accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions or use in unsafe conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
