THE BOBS ARE FREE!
Hi everyone,
We’re ending a pretty stressful week on a high. The BOBs are finally free!
Our shipment has now been released from Heathrow and is on its way down to us! With the weekend now upon us, we’re expecting the BOBs to arrive with us on Monday.
We also had another bit of good news today. As part of the clearance process, AIRBOB was inspected by a Trading Standards Officer and cleared with “no safety concerns.”
After all the additional SGS testing, towing certification and safety work we’ve put into AIRBOB, that was another really reassuring bit of news and a pretty nice way to end the week. Hopefully it gives you even more confidence in the product that’s about to arrive.
As soon as the BOBs land with us on Monday, we’ll be getting straight to work packing and sending your orders out. If everything goes to plan, we’re hoping to have orders delivered by the 20th August. We’ll keep you updated as they start heading to your doorsteps.
We know this is months later than we originally hoped, and we can’t apologise enough for the wait or thank you enough for sticking with us. It’s been a much longer journey than any of us expected, and the support from those of you who backed AIRBOB early has genuinely made such a difference in getting us to this point.
We’re nearly there.

MEET THE FINAL BOB
While we wait for our main shipment to clear HMRC, we thought we'd show you something we've been waiting a long time to see ourselves.
This is the final production AIRBOB.
You might notice a few changes from the AIRBOBs you've seen us using over the last few months.
We've upgraded the custom EVA foam design, refined some of the smaller details and, following our additional towing testing, upgraded the safety information to meet the higher requirements for towing. This includes the new safety and warning strip along the bottom edge.
They might seem like small changes, but together they make this the AIRBOB we've been working towards from the start.
As for the main delivery, we still don't have any further news from HMRC. The shipment is still being held while it clears customs and we're continuing to chase for updates. Everything on our side is ready to go as soon as they're released.
We know how frustrating the wait is, especially in the middle of summer. Thank you again for sticking with us.

BOBS ARE IN THE UK!
Hi everyone,
We wanted to give you a quick update on your AIRBOB.The shipment has arrived in the UK, but unfortunately it has been held by HMRC for additional checks.
We’d hoped everything would run smoothly through customs and that AIRBOBs could start arriving with you this weekend. While we knew this wasn’t guaranteed, it’s frustrating to have got this close and now be waiting for the final clearance.We’re getting regular updates from our freight team and are currently waiting for more news from HMRC.
Everything our side is ready to go. The printers are set up, packaging is ready and as soon as the shipment is released, we can start getting your orders packed and sent straight out.
We’ll update you again as soon as we have something definite.If you have a holiday, trip or specific date you were hoping to have your AIRBOB for, please reply and let us know. We’ll always do what we can to help.Thank you again for your patience and for sticking with us.
We know there have been a few more hurdles than any of us expected getting AIRBOB here, and we genuinely appreciate your support.
